How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us. On your iPhone:

  1. Open Settings › tap your name at the top.
  2. Tap Subscriptions.
  3. Tap Sage Total HealthCancel Subscription.

If you cancel during the 7-day free trial at least 24 hours before it ends, you won’t be charged.

I want a refund

Apple handles all refunds. Submit a request at reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not have the ability to issue refunds directly.

How do I delete my account and data?

Open the App › Settings tab › scroll to Account › tap Delete My Account. This wipes your profile, logs, DNA data, chat history, and everything else stored locally. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a subscription — cancel separately in Settings › Subscriptions before deleting.

I switched phones / restored from a backup — how do I get my Pro back?

Open the App › SettingsRestore Purchases. Apple will re-link the active subscription on your Apple ID to the App on the new device.

The DNA upload says no markers were found

Sage supports raw DNA files from 23andMe, AncestryDNA, MyHeritage, FamilyTreeDNA, and Living DNA. Make sure:

Sage uses an AI model that occasionally gets things wrong. Always sanity-check medical, supplement, or workout advice with a qualified professional. If you saw a clearly bad answer, please email us a screenshot — it helps us tune Sage.

HealthKit data isn’t showing up

Open iOS SettingsPrivacy & SecurityHealthSage Total Health › turn on the categories you want Sage to read. Then reopen the App.

The App crashes / a feature is broken

Make sure you’re on the latest version (App Store › your account › Sage Total Health). If it still misbehaves, email us with your iPhone model, iOS version, and a description of what you were doing when it broke.
