Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us. On your iPhone:
If you cancel during the 7-day free trial at least 24 hours before it ends, you won’t be charged.
Apple handles all refunds. Submit a request at reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not have the ability to issue refunds directly.
Open the App › Settings tab › scroll to Account › tap Delete My Account. This wipes your profile, logs, DNA data, chat history, and everything else stored locally. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a subscription — cancel separately in Settings › Subscriptions before deleting.
Open the App › Settings › Restore Purchases. Apple will re-link the active subscription on your Apple ID to the App on the new device.

Open iOS Settings › Privacy & Security › Health › Sage Total Health › turn on the categories you want Sage to read. Then reopen the App.
Make sure you’re on the latest version (App Store › your account › Sage Total Health). If it still misbehaves, email us with your iPhone model, iOS version, and a description of what you were doing when it broke.
